Let's see if Xnadroj comes back but I hope that this nets scum?

I just reread Xnadroj's posts and he says he "claims town" in his first post which makes me nervous because every time I see someone declare themselves town, most of the time they actually are just town but it's very easily fakable.

And Xnadroj pretty much claimed cop and peaced out, which is NOT how you play a cop, but at the same time he literally idled last game and he flipped town.

So.. I guess what I'm trying to say here is that I think he will flip scum given the gamestate but if he is town I will be incredibly angry. Because THIS ISN'T HOW YOU PLAY AS A COP.
 
if he does end up flipping town then we pencil in jalmont/earlio and secure a scum lynch tomorrow

i'm pretty sure that we don't have this many investigatives, though. i think it's likely that we have a fair number of /weaker/ investigatives (watcher/voyeur/whatever apricity is) rather than a full blown cop though - that's something I often do in my setups because I hate cops and how much power they give the town

wouldn't be surprised to see metal sonic/DLE share the same mindset, but I'm getting into modgaming territory here

I'm fairly confident this is the case, I'm reasonably sure I know where metal sonic would have developed/gotten this setup and I know the balancing tendencies of that site to a small degree
 
i'm wrong all the time in mafia; blind certainty gets you nowhere in this game when you are constantly proven wrong at every turn about every single read you have.

sure, xnadroj's claim + behavior make him likely to be mafia, but i thought the same thing last game and he ended up flipping town. barring hard guilities there's always a chance someone can flip town, which is why I like to investigate that avenue. when i play mafia I always plan for the worst case scenario

Jalmont: lean town atm; due for a reread
FH: Town as long as jordan flips red
Aubsio: Probs my second biggest read rn; little relevant thoughts; tendency to skate by; scum, 2x active ascetic makes no sense as a town role in a game with most likely multiple town investigatives
Texas: ngl everyone said this slot is down so i havent really looked at it too in detph and kinda rolled with it; i need to look at it
xnad: scum or i bang my head against the wall. Repeatedly
Haruno: twas pointed out haruno lying solves nothing about what happened last night; potentially scum roleblocker to help haruno set up the fakeclaim? gonna have to give the whole situation another look. And as for actually reading haruno i physically cant do it so null leaning scum for now.
