i remember LW having some grievances with him, and he's too low act for me to lock him off as town. this is def. not out of his scum range, so as much as i townread his little content his flip is better than nothing
 
So wrt MetalSonic since I've been kind of chummy with him, I don't really know what his scum game would look like just from being in the thread with him the past few days. He's fairly erratic and strong willed. Even when he's stretching logic or saying things I disagree with it feels like he earnestly believes it.

As a bro what would you say this is outside his range and what do you usually look for when playing together to tip you off in either direction.

yeah that's fine, I feel like we're working with a player base that you have to constantly be on your toes with anyways.
 
MS and I haven't realllllly played together much. We've only talked recently ish. This is 100% not out of his scum range, back in his MS days he was good at scum. Hell, iirc he chose scum in TM15 one of the most prestigious MS games of that time era. I recall he lost, but did good. I don't have him as hard town as you and other sseem to, which weirds me out because you all townread me but think he's town tilted. This is a good segway:

it feels like someone linked him my iso in a different game and he said omg ur so upset ppl call u scum wrongly whereas this game the spirit is broken and im just like. you can say it but ur wrong lol.

MS, this is a game full of the "best" smogon has to offer. Why is me particularly being good an issue? Like, past basic paranoia that doens't fit.

If I'm so good at scum, how were you able to catch me with 100% confidence at page 15 (RVS almost)? Like, what did I do that was so scummy there? Why are you not engaging me?

Why are you not acknowledging my corrections? For example, you said town!me would've engaged you, I pointed out I did engage what was essentially your only content at the time - the Empoof read - and you came back saying I'm lock scum and town!me would've engaged you. And, again since it was never answered iirc, why did you bring that up just after RVS? If you were waiting for town!me to engage you why not actually let the game develop to see if it happened or not rather than showing your hand?

I want to believe MS is town, but there's a lot of micro parts of his play that bug me.

you had me as hard town early game then dropped me to some weird place because i told you to call me scum

Yea, I revealed it earlier. Decided it was NBD. Maybe the post is NAI if you want to take it as such, but the meta is there if you want to take a stab which isn't NAI.

I think that's why Miller's a thing. Cops aren't common in normals anyways, most people don't like roles that do hard unpreventable guilties. Gunsmith / Watcher / etc are more common invests. Dunno.

you said empoof was scum. i asked why. the follow up was you calling me scum for not engaging you pages later.
 
I'm at a point in my ww career where I really don't like cop roles in games since I feel like most other roles can be worked around as scum with more clever thinking than a cop CC or some kind of miller claim
