also to answer my own question i'm effectively hallucinating, there was one (1) person calling fh scum without lynching him and it was duskfall i think
 
Honestly thinking the case on vooper may just be a repeat of "townie who panicked too quickly" i.e. basically what happened with nuxl last matrix. I get the feeling vooper's trying a different kind of play this game because he knows he can't sheep Hal anymore since it's nai after the last matrix and that's why he reads more awkwardly here than other games

Wrt to former, I've seen some people say former is leeching/sheeping and I'm not really sure I see it? There also seem to be some meta reads there but idk former's meta too well so I can't comment on that
 
caffeine has done nothing useful aside from slightly push a scumread on viper - dont really see how you could get a townread here unless you're saying his shitposting is town - i cant say i agree with those kinds of reads (im aware that there is at least 1 person tr'ing me for shitposting afaik)

entirely possible for there to be one scumpartner bussing viper atm so discounting him from being mafia is not smart imo, esp when i feel like a good portion of the game hasnt commented on him?
his reaction certainly strikes me as weird but atm i wouldnt say hes scum because of it

Hmmm I could've sworn cb did more so I decided to iso him but turns out you're right. I may have been a bit too willing to give into the "looking active/engaging = towny" bias earlier. Still, I don't see anything from him that's really pinging me rn? Though I may have to look at his posts within the context of the game
 
Viper and and asek town just because they are so different I think. I get where Vooper is coming from tbh with unvote. If he does it in a rush trying to make sure there's no hammer without thinking, I don't really see the problem? It wasn't at all AI for me and his defense on it just pointed towny.

FH is scum he's not low effortint at all, he was posting actively and just not having much substance? That's pretty scummy to me and I will say again how I dislike how he was willing to follow Hal a bit. He knows last time he got into a dispute with hal he got copped so I feel he may be trying to avoid the same thing again?

Hal looks kinda towny but not as obvtown as usual. Probably town but wouldn't be surprised if he's just good scum.

Texas town leaning for no real good reason at all tbh, again wouldn't be completely shocked if he's scum.

i really like duskfall's last post, gives some much needed context to his previous post and interpretation of it. Can't say I fully agree with it due to the follow-up former had, but its something im gonna mull over.
dont like the 'playing different means town' reads but at this point in the game its pretty unfair of me to ask people to have better reasons
id better not see that shit as the centrepiece of a townread later on though
might take a look at former again because I didn't see anything that seemed off to me but dusk is offering a new perspective that might bring some validity

just because i dont see him as town doesn't mean i see him as scum
he's in that nai zone as far as im concerned, and i think that that's the towniest anyone should have him at the moment.
