Yeah (about Manaphy and Celebi). However, if you battle people from different sites, their tiers will most likely be different. Some sites even have more tiers than others. If you're going to be keeping all your battling on Smogon, then yep. To see the Pokemon and their tiers, go here:

http://www.smogon.com:81/dp/pokemon/

Its really convenient how the tier of the Pokemon is listed right next to it, and how you can control preferences, etc.

Does shed shell allow you to switch out against mean look/block/spider web?
Yes.

Hey, does anyone have the link to that post that lists which contest items match which themes? I found it using the search function last time, but now it's gone.

The search function is in the bottom-right now.
EDIT: It doesn't seem to be there anymore, but I know I saw it there at some point... maybe it was when I was logged off.

There is a trick involving the Day Care, and there is a trick involving clock rotations, but neither of them are for cloning. The Day Care one is for seeing the nature and sex of the Pokémon before it hatches, and the clock rotation one is for transferring >6 Pokémon from Advance in a day.

How do the power items work for EV training? With Pokerus too.
Each item, when equiped , makes that you gain 4 EV from the kind the item is supposed to give. This boost stacks with pkrs.
Example: you battle a wild bidoof, you get one HP ev + 4 from the Hp ev item. This gives us (1+4)*2 = 10 (note: the game applies the pkrs boost last)

How do you attract attention to your RMTs? I've used very nonstandard teams and pokes, put in pictures, tried to have an interesting title, put in explanations and everything, but nearly every RMT I make seems to get skipped over a lot. Any suggestions?

Still waiting for an answer...

Sorry man, I don't use the RMT forum often. I test things myself. Maybe you should just test things yourself as well to avoid giving others ideas and stealing them. lol.

Anyway, where is a good recommended area to EV train in Attack?

Resort area. Just left of it to the battle area. Fish here and you will find nothing but garadoses. They give you two attack.

Or the place north of Oreburgh. There's a lot of Machop. They give 10 Atk EVs with Pokerus and Power Bracer.

Check your thread I posted there.

Yes I know this. But I'm training up something that'd only hit 50% effective to Gyarados. And that 50% effective hit on G-Dos + the Intimidate would take forever to EV train. Thanks anyway though, guys. I'm just going to kill some Bibarel around Route 212.
