Dusk do you really not remember White Flag where you called Clarinet town in the very first post, pocketed him the entire game, and caused his weird breakdown in D3?

Which is also the game where he shows the same behavior as he is showing currently?

Town hal did the same thing with Nuxl last game and tunneled on Former so your meta analysis on him isn't very accurate
 
Ok so clarinet I will explain to you how this works instead

Given you softing, scum know if you are town or not. That means that they know if you are likely pr or not. I don't because I'm not scum, but scum knowing you are pr in a world you are town, would mean there's a good chance they kill you. They aren't going to care what I think.

I think his play is interesting regardless of alignment, I agree. I'm not trying to dispute that, but to read someone with such interesting playstyle, you have to look underneath.

So I am trying to see where clarinet is coming from rather than what he is doing, his mindset is what I'm trying to read not his in thread actions

there is a mafia role cop, they might choose to scan me to make sure I'm not bluffing in regards to a 'soft'

He led the town a lot more last game than this game so it is very accurate imo
 
Hmm I don't recall this kind of hysteria from clarinets last scum game though, was much more in the style of conflict avoidant and passively pushing a scum favored wagon

Doesn't matter if it was a trick or not, all it looks like to mafia is backpedaling. If it was a trick there's only one person who knows that for sure
 
it's more like being shocked by his determination, but then he wants to survive and he's aware there won't be any apricity wagon
so I can see why he tries to keep me as his main target
