re: gronk i hadnt gotten any neg vibes from him and he was an excellent town the last time we played (3 years ago?) and so wanted to play with him more, was more weighted on DS not dying than anything to do with gronk
its probably not a good trait that the best way to make me invest into a game is to piss me off but what can you do

While M2h was undeniably a jerk to DS and it's not cool that he thinks what he did was okay, I really don't think anything over the past 3 pages involves m2h unreasonably putting words in Texas's mouth. Even if Texas never used the exact language m2h used, m2h's interpretation of those words is entirely reasonable, and I rather hate how Texas's defense is more of less "I didn't give that read, I only implied it, so let me waffle backwards in peace!"
That said, don't think anymore Texas and M2h interactions is helpful here. Texas already asked m2h to stop, m2h should just stop talking to him for the time being.

dopog's #348 is interesting, effectively clears M2H but I also see strong partner equity with Energy, responding to Asek by asking about his read on on eagle as town (but not energy) combined with quoting energy's own post with a lay-up question reads like an attempt to naturally engage with the player for content generation without having to actually engage them on game terms, it reads like how I often act as scum and already have the mentality of knowing my partner's alignment
