Calling act. My opponent missed the time and claimed that he had read my timezone too early but suggested a time that I was unsure I could make before I even woke up. He also incorrectly stated my own timezone as -1 and not +1 thus the scheduled time would have been the same as he wanted in his own timezone. It has been 1 hour and 44 minutes since the requested time and RICEMAN still has not turned up.
