The winners are G-Luke's Binding Vow, and Rasdanation's Soul Drain and Adaptive Armor!

Move Name: Binding Vow
Category: Status
Type: Ghost
Base Power: ---
Max PP: 5
Accuracy: ---
Effect(s): For four turns, any direct damage that the user is inflicted with will be shared with the opposing field. In Double battles, the damage is evenly spread across both opponents.
Effect Chance: N/A
Attributes: Snatch
Reasoning: Nothing says anti wallbreaking like making wallbreakers refuse to hit you, lest they want to go down with their ship. This is an interesting approach to punishing damage, forcing Pokémon to play carefully and warrant utilizing status, hazards and other indirect means to force unpenalized damage onto the user.
Move Name: Soul Drain
Category:

Type:

Base Power: 40
Max PP: 10 (16 Max)
Accuracy: 100%
Effect(s): The user heals for double the damage they dealt.
Effect Chance: NA
Attributes: Protect, Mirror
Reasoning: Inverse draining move. Instead of your typical 75 BP attack that heals 37.5 BP worth of damage, you have a 40 BP attack that heals 80 BP worth of damage. This move encourages a less passive form of reliable healing for walls and tanks.

Ability Name: Adaptive Armor
Description: Upon switching in this Pokémon receives a one-stage stat boost depending on the opponent’s highest attacking stat. If the Attack stat is higher, then Defense is raised. If Special Attack is greater than or equal to Attack, then Special Defense is raised.
Reasoning: Download but for Defense. Nice for pivoting in, as the mon can boost the defense that the opponent is likely going to target. Kinda subbed this to Joltemons when I saw this slate opened and though I’d sub it here as well lol.
Slate 2 Part 2 - New Pokemon
We will now create new pokemon based on these elements! You can either modify an existing pokemon to have the new element, or create a fakemon that gets it instead.

1 pokemon based on the move Binding Vow
1 pokemon based on the move Soul Drain
1 pokemon based around the ability Adaptive Armor

first??? also, non-flying birds.
:ss/skarmory:
Pokemon: Skarmory
Typing:
/

Abilities: Adaptive Armor
Stats: 65 / 85 / 85 / 40 / 90 / 75
Movepool Additions: Poison Fang, Gunk Shot, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench
Movepool Removals: none!
Reasoning: is bulky, has good defenses to go with Adaptive Armor, can set 3 of the hazards in the game. very cool defensive typing also.

:ss/archeops:
Pokemon: Archeops
Typing:
/

Abilities: Prankster / Technician
Stats: 90 / 70 / 125 / 85 / 85 / 85
Movepool Additions: Soul Drain
Movepool Removals: Rock Polish
Reasoning: wip

Name: Dusknoir
Typing: Ghost/Dark
Abilities: Frisk/Pressure/Mummy (HA)
Stats: 95/86/110/55/100/55 (501)
Movepool Additions: Binding Vow, Spirit Shackle, Rapid Spin
Movepool Removals: Skill Swap, Future Sight, Charge Beam, Blizzard
Reasoning: The guy brings spirits to the ghost world, so there could be a vow made between it (or the thing controlling it) and the lost spirit it guides. The additional dark typing increases its defensive capabilities, and well, it's name literally has noir. With higher HP, the lowered defenses and attack is a fair trade. With Spirit Shackle in its tool, it can trap things and force them to hit it (or just stall, ig. that works too.)

Name: Cursola-Galar
Typing: Ghost/Water
Abilities: Static/Cursed Body (HA)
Stats: 85/55/110/100/90/75 (510)
Movepool Additions: Soul Drain
Movepool Removals: Burning Jealousy, Sunny Day
Reasoning: It absorbs life energy from creatures which forms their ectoplasmic body, hence it having Soul Drain seems fitting. It's more of a special attacker instead of a defensive mon, though it's abilities are definitely otherwise. Static is a thing because it says that anyone who touches its body rapidly stiffen. Water typing is added for a better STAB with Hydro Pump/Scald.

Name: Orbeetle
Typing: Bug/Psychic
Abilities: Frisk/Swarm/Adaptive Armor (HA)
Stats: 80/45/95/95/95/85 (490)
Movepool Additions: Teleport, Amnesia, Toxic
Movepool Removals: Giga Drain
Reasoning: A beetle who's basically going to take over humanity if it decides to. With its new ability replacing Telepathy, it's definitely going to run it a lot in its sets. Lowered the defenses to make it balanced while is HP is better than it's original. It now also has Teleport and Toxic which are always very good moves.

:ss/aegislash:
Pokemon: Aegislash-Sheild
Typing:

Abilities: Dauntless Sheild
Stats: 60/50/125/50/125/60 (470 Bst)
Movepool Additions: Binding Vow, +Moonlight
Movepool Removals: N/a
Reasoning: Before I get into competitive, I wanna talk about flavor. Aegislash could be like spirit that can make a binding vow to a sword or a shield, hence why it's able to fuse with a sword and shield, which isn't canon but could be a likely possibility. It also gets destiny bond so obviously it must have some way to bond souls together. With that out of the way, we can now talk about the competitive aspects. Aegislash-Sheild suffers from very low attacking stats, but bolsters impressive bulk. Aegislash can abuse binding vow to sort of circumvent that, as now it can just do its job of walling, letting the target take itself out Aegislash also has a great typing for this, as opponents can't take it down with toxic, and it resists stealth rock, they'll have to rely more on direct sources of damage to take it down, which binding vow can punish nicely. Dauntless shield lets it tanks hits better, and moonlight will make sure it's able to outlast opponents attacking it with binding vow up.

:ss/Porygon:
Pokemon: Porygon
Typing:

Abilities: Adaptive Armor
Stats: 75/60/75/85/75/30 (400 Bst)
Movepool Additions: Volt Switch, Stealth Rock
Movepool Removals: N/A
Reasoning: Neutral wall that can be a general check to a variety of mons, but hates knock off. Thought process was that it could rearrange its shapes to better defend against different types of attack. Volt Switch gives porygon a means of pivoting besides teleport, and rocks gives it some utility.

Well...

corsola-galar.gif
Pokemon: Corsola-Galar
Typing: th (7).jpg/
1643061681332.png

Abilities: Cursed Body
Stats: 50 / 55 / 110 / 70 / 110 / 35 (+20 BST)
Movepool Additions: Soul Drain, Earth Power
Movepool Deletions: Strength Sap
Reasoning: Corsola gets bulkier with the Eviolite, but loses some of the HP points and gets a bit of a buff in Special Attack to buff Soul Drain. With the removal of Strength Sap, it is a decently reliable recovery move that could get some use. Also, the flavor is really nice: It's a ghostly Pokémon that has a revenge against humans.

Pokemon Name: Basculetta
Evolutionary Line: Female Basculin ---> (Level 30) Basculetta
Typing: th (5).jpg/th (6).jpg
Abilities: Adaptive Armor / Rock Head
Stats: 70 / 80 / 120 / 40 / 140 / 110
Movepool:
-Physical: all physical Rock-type moves, all physical Water-type moves, Crunch, Psychic Fangs
-Special: Ancient Power, Water Gun, Surf
-Status: Toxic, Stealth Rock
Weight: 45 kg
Reasoning: A decent defensive lead with a good neutral-Water typing and decent Attack, with the ability to set hazards and stall with Toxic. Its biggest flaws are its passitivity and its lack of reliable recovery.

uhh im pretty sure you can only put Soul Drain on one Pokemon that doesn't get the other two custom things. so you might need to remove Soul Drain from G-Corsola

Pokemon Name: Porygon-X
Evolutionary Line: Porygon --> Porygon2 (Trade holding Upgrade) --> Porygon-Z (Trade holding Dubious Disc) OR Porygon-X (Trade holding Glitched Disc)
Typing
: View attachment 399866
Abilities: Adaptive Armor / Download
Stats: 55 / 60 / 95 / 130 / 95 / 100
Movepool:
-Physical: Shadow Sneak, Tri Attack
-Special: Shadow Ball, Hyper Beam, Zap Cannon, Hurricane, Thunder, etc.
-Status: Curse, Conversion, Conversion 2
Weight: 0 kg (Low Kick will fail on this Pokémon)
Reasoning: A better defensive counterpart to Porygon-Z.
Porygon-X seems nothing like a defensive Pokemon. It is just kinda better Porygon-Z.

:ss/liepard:
Pokemon: Liepard
Typing: Dark / Poison
Abilities: Prankster / Limber | Unburden
Stats: 106 HP / 64 Atk / 88 Def / 50 SpA / 88 SpD / 50 Spe
Movepool Additions: Toxic Spikes, Baneful Bunker, Clear Smog, Poison Jab, Binding Vow
Movepool Removals: N/A
Reasoning: Imo, a bulky Prankster user without Recovery is the best way to accomplish Binding Vow while still remaining a balanced concept, because lets be frank, if it can easily heal itself of the damage sustained during Binding Vow this Pokemon can quickly spiral out of control. As is, I just swapped around Liepard's stats and added the Poison typing so you can't try to Poison it.

:ss/Stakataka:
Pokemon: Stakataka
Typing: Rock / Steel
Abilities: Adaptive Armor
Stats: 101 HP / 53 Atk / 73 Def / 51 SpA / 61 SpD / 211 Spe
Movepool Additions: Leech Seed, Jungle Healing, Rapid Spin
Movepool Removals: Body Press
Reasoning: Very, very, very fast wall. Stakataka shapes up as an annoying presence to face being a defensive Pokemon that is absolutely the fastest thing that will ever be in the mod, letting play a very different playstyle than most common "speed control" options. Its held in check by its typing that has a lot of shoddy weaknesses like Fighting, Ground or Water, and even if its tye fastest SubSeeder in existence, it can't do much against Pokemon that eat it up.

Quick question: Why does a Rock/Steel get Jungle Healing and Leech Seed? And why is it so fast when it's a moving pile of bricks? There are too many questions with the flavor imo (no offense).

Because I want it to. None of those tools stop it from being a defensive Pokemon. I cant say the same for Mr. 130 SpA Download wallbreaker that you submitted, so focus on fixing that.

Pokemon: Sableye
Typing: Ghost / Fighting
Abilities: Keen Eye / Water Absorb / Prankster
Stats: 110 / 75 / 75 / 75 / 65 / 50 (450 BST)
Movepool Additions: Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Binding Vow
Movepool Removals: Recover, Moonlight, Nasty Plot
Reasoning: made mostly because sharpedo looks kinda too good atm and also ghost fighting is a funny defensive typing. offenses are really lacking but if you really want to you can try cm idk

Pokemon: Metagross
Typing: Steel / Psychic
Abilities: Clear Body / Adaptive Armor
Stats: 80 / 95 / 90 / 95 / 90 / 70 (520 BST)
Movepool Additions: Body Press, Volt Switch
Movepool Removals: Bullet Punch
Reasoning: having a steel that's neutral to fighting is very useful for metagross as it allows it to be a fairly consistent switchin to guemanon. might be able to force out eelektross but koff weakness hurts. suffers from lack of recovery.

Technically the only requirement this slate is that you make pokemon based around the custom elements from last slate. That said, I'd prefer you make defensive pokemon, since I put in a defense slate to get some defensive pokemon. I want to keep part 2 open ended though so we can really follow wherever the sub from the previous part leads.

Also, there is no requirement for subs to make sense from a lore/flavor standpoint. You'll probably see that most of them do, but it's only because the submitter chose to do it that way. You can break pokemon logic all you want.

More to come later if I have any ideas but as of right now I have zero aside from this -

Pokemon Name: Rotom
Typing: Electric/Ghost
Abilities: Levitate
Stats: 70/50/97/95/97/91 (500)
Movepool Additions: Soul Drain, U-Turn
Movepool Removals: Nasty Plot
Reasoning: Cool little Defogger. Rotom's typing is really cool when combined with Levitate, but its raw stats have always been too lackluster to benefit from it in any higher tiers, with the exception being DPPt when its alternate forms were Electric/Ghost. Hopefully this bulk boost should allow it to function here, even if it's not gonna work the same as its alts in DPPt. Choice sets are also possible given its passable Sp. Atk and Speed alongside its typing and Levitate.
