I feel like that's more an Eli thing though, and I think caffeine did it way too quickly for it not to be his own snap decision. That being said I Def wouldn't do this as I am promoting non toxic healthy survivable smogon these days!

nothing I could say would make you scared of voting me i am just laughing to myself. that being said i also don't think you can hydro me d1 either, and I think you would probably do this as mafia (oppurtunistic) but also town ( your read on me is below rand), so all of this is in the name of lightening the air while me being aware you will probably tunnel me anyways and we will see what else you do to judge your alignment

I do appreciate you fading though that's good for the culture and more fun for others

We have fundamentally different views of Tommy's scum game where iirc I feel like I've been on the other side of kind of aggressive scum plays by Tommy at times. I get how you see his game as being pussy bitch, but idk if I agree with that myself. I think if scum!Tommy makes it a point to mention it in thread its to try to get town cred off of it but on the other hand the modspew was so subtle that Tommy might be the only person to actually pick up on it. At that point what gain does scum!Tommy have to point it out unless he already knows Caff is going to / would modkill Whydon? In a world where scum!Tommy figures out what Caff's response is first or otherwise is set on setting himself up deep and is ok with townspewing a slot that is usually going to be a pretty easy mislynch in the event that Caff doesn't modkill him, then the play kinda makes sense.

On the other hand why wouldn't town!Tommy point it out. It's useful info for town to have and town cred helps Tommy in any world. The only question is does he still see it as town which I'm not entirely sure how to gauge. I'm inclined to say Tommy has pretty good deduction/role design experience but idk.

You can see by this post that I think that the simplest explanation is just that Tommy in a vacuum is that Tommy is town, but I'm also kind of scared of putting too much weight on this particular point when Tommy is brazenly baiting people into focusing their entire read of him on this one detail by asking if its mod-spewing.

I'm down to talk, I don't feel the need to defend myself rn much because I do think I'm just modspewed town! If you disagree on all this angleshooting thats on you.

P.s. ego statement warning: I do actually think you are quite afraid of my scum game because you do tend to read me as mafia way above rand. Would I have done what you said as mafia? nah. But if you think so then you do, saying I wouldn't angleshoot as town at all but would throw a huge tantrum instantly as mafia though is wild to me. It just feels like you want to catch me as mafia because you've traditionally not been able to consistently find me alignment, unlike say Texas who you tend to get every time. I've done this towards you also in the past so not saying it in like a mean spirited way, but I am saying that calling me mafia on a whim and preparing to tunnel will eventually just mean the day I am mafia you get no credit.

My basis around which I base an ex-ante probability of reading someone as scum vs town is on occasion a reflection of how valuable their town game is and how dangerous their scum game is. If someone’s dead useless as town but a nasty mafia player then yeah, I’d like to lynch them first generally. This is mathematical, no? Your best alignment is scum. Eli’s for example is town. Mine is town. Sometimes I am wrong on people. I understand my accuracy, and within those limitations I’m still playing the best game I can, and I’m afraid I’ll continue to do so.

Also it’s a pretty serious cognitive dissonance to tell me to drop my meta on you because it’s outdated a few posts after discrediting me for literally past games
