honestly not totally I was just worried about hurting the thread by having a sidebar about it. from what I can tell the basis of that clip is that the guesser (town) cant possibly guess the answer to his dilemma because the true answer is something that only the poison guy idk (mafia) truly knows. so when you're applying this to Tommy's post, are you saying its harmful for town to try and reason out nkas because the real answer is something only mafia would know?

It's less that it's harmful to town to reason out nkas and more so that Tommy setting himself in that situation is scummy to begin with. Nullifying town's read options of you as a player is scum motivated because it makes it harder to get voted out, and Tommy posting that comment forces any attempt to read into his nk to be circular in terms of logic.

I was hoping hal pulled off tommy because he found a reason to tr them but in the absence of that if he is convinced you and tommy have partner equity in the case that tommy is scum, voting you is ultimately more in line with my reads and probably more useful as I think you are independently more scummy than tommy.

also because i follow wherever the god emperor hal jin leads

It seems a little jumpy to assume that Hal has found scumbud equity between me and Tommy but if that's your reasoning I can't really argue against it, not that I see it myself
 
Here are the questions I’m interested in answering right now:
Why does TBZ scumread Litt?
What the fuck is Tommy’s read on m2h?
If I leave Psy and Hydro to endgame, will they choke? Or do I have to sort people like clouds today
