the PM is nominated and voted for by the democratic body of the posters of Smogoff. restrictions on who can be PM are as follows:
  • the PM must have held a smogon account for over six months
  • the PM must have posted in Smogoff a minimum of 10 times in the past six months
  • the PM may never have been an actual smogon forum moderator, past or present

ok well i didn't mean to post that quite yet but w/e it's out there now. i was trying to append another picture of jemery corbny.

anyway, i would heartily encourage our nominees to give speeches on behalf of their chosen candidate. seems sporting, really.

that was all i wanted to add, but that's just not good enough for this impatient forum tech, eh? mumble...grumble...back in MY day...
