If the dagger of time can affect the mafia nightkill, I do think this is functionally IC because it would allow the mafia to avoid all night actions like doctors, trackers and watchers permanently which is like pretty insane? Like if we have a cop who claims then the mafia can just use the knife of time to dayvig them which is dumb.

I am pretty sure its:
If I use it on X and they are a Dayvig, they are now a Nightvig
If I use it on Y and they are a Nightvig, they are now a Dayvig
During night or day I can target someone and tomorrow their day actions become night actions and their night actions become day actions.
