If you want an attacking move you could always go with psychic, but if you want more support, go with something like safeguard or healing wish.

Ditto transforms to smeargle in 2v2, sketches the opponents moves, keeps after battle. Worked with Mew also. It doesnt work this generation, and I don't remember if it worked last generation.

If the parent is male it will get the egg move.

An interesting thing about that. You can use an AR to change your Trainer information to match the Pokemon's and rename any Pokemon using the name rater.

Probably anything that can hit it with a strong Grass attack can counter it.

Azelf would be OHKOed by Pursuit or Night Slash. If Weavile has IVs like 31/31/25/X/27/31 and has 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spd it CAN survive the Flamethrower, unless you use Fire Blast. You can scarf Azelf but then you lose reliability.

Infernape can be good, it can survive a Aerial Ace and OHKO Weavile with Close Combat, and a Nasty Plotted Grass Knot KO's Swampert. But it isn't a very good counter.
