Honestly I like my vote better here. I liked them until that fluffy interaction and then they leave prior to giving reads. Could be town that had a prior engagement, but the situation more reads to me like he's waiting to get coached by scum mates.

fun fact in a discord mafia elsewhere i pushed no vote early because i tripped over myself and realized it was the only way to make stuff make sense

i tied that game as scum (it was 2 scum factions of 2) despite my teammate getting modkilled for inactivity

Newer players make more obvious mistakes. That is simply the natural course of a game like this. I may fall victim to that as well and I've made peace with it.
