a fairy and ne are lying about the bg (unlikely, though i would entertain pulsar t / ne m if celever is maf)
there is a PGO in the game

A hosting error is possible, but if there is a hosting error the game was bastardized anyways. It's optimal to treat it as a 1v1 and consider it an unlucky loss if a hosting error was the cause (genisu plz verify anyways)

issue is the target died so I can't confirm that yet
