You could definitely use a speed boost. A suicide Ninjask works, just spam protect and substitute until you have 3ish boosts and Baton Pass. Scolipede is also really good. But that would fix your problem with sticky web. Just a quick look, so I may be wrong.

I think you might want to try running Trevenant over Gengar. It can assist your Gliscor in stalling out other teams and its bulk helps it last throughout the battle to spinblock, where Gengar can be taken out rather easily. Here's a set that you can think about: Trevenant @ Sitrus Berry Ability...

Thanks! Tested out Sash and it works really well. I haven't found many cases where I have a problem with a fighting type so far. And I can't un Latias because it's not available without Pokebank (as far as I know). I'll test sash on Cloyster as well.
