Yeah I agree you don't really need 2 dual screeners.. For jirachis set try using stealth rock and wish instead of lightscreen and reflect. As they might not stealth rock turn 1.

Dont see any obvious weaknesses so looks good. You might want stealth rocks on something. I think cresselia can learn it and would probably be better than lunar dance because if your about to die chances are your slower.

Choice specs + timid would be better because tricking something a choice specs is much more crippling than a choice scarf. Choice scarf for the most part helps every poke(Excluding Walls) while a choice specs cripples physical sweepers like Scizor or exadrill.

For your last slot you should run extreme speed for revenge kills

your Tyranatar would be a better lead than gliscor so you can imediatly have sand and rocks up because gliscor isn't really an effective lead. Also for heatran you dont really need hp ice and dragon pulse. Everything that Dragon pulse hits hp ice hits as well excluding kingdra.
