    I don't know if it's possible to disable evasion abilities tbh. I personally want them to be disabled without having to ban all pokemon that have them, but I'm not sure if it's possible. As for rain, Kingdra and Arch are definitely mons I believe should be banned, but I'm not the only person who decides bans as Ivy and the rest of the pokebilities community, which isn't that active when pokebilities isn't OMotM, have a large stake in it as well. Hell, I've been advocating for several pokemon to be banned, but without agreement or support from enough other people, I can't make that decision because it'd be unfair and dictatorial of me to do so.

    I was going by Ivy's post because last I knew, they had it fully up to date with the changes they made to which mons were allowed. But glad to hear no Bax
