I suggested to take off tran for Jirachi, not Latios, so no. I don't think you would lose much speed. And I understand you might want to keep Breloom as is, and you can do that if you'd like. That Breloom still wins against most Ferrothorn, it's just that poison heal is a lot bulkier and a more reliable response to ferro.
