hey i asked where the intial pid frame can be (between 40 and 60) and i tried the new reporter with the intial pid frame check, it came out that it was 39, and yes i used the full seed, so is it a bug or right ?

is the PID intial frame always between 40 and 60 ?

i with started b/w rng yesterday and i did zekrom and victini with prefect spreads ;) i used synchronizers cause i don't know how it works with the pid frame? so could anyone give me a short explain please, i need to know how i can find ne the pid startframe to abuse shinies ;)
