It's hard to tell since they're at different levels. Assuming their IVs are similar I'd go with the non-shiny (even if shiny meowstic is amazing lol) because of its better nature. Bold doesn't seem like a terrible nature for meowstic, so if the shiny's IVs are better then it shouldn't hurt too...

I don't know about Smogon, but I know there's a Facebook group called Pokemon X/Y Instacheck Shiny Value that has a list of people with their SVs.

I had this same issue, deleting all the other network connections and going to instacheck and clicking "start scanning" worked for me. Also, I've heard of selecting "Microsoft - Wireless Network Connection" in the drop down above "start scanning" being helpful for some people. I hope this helps...

So I got instacheck to boot up and can connect my 3DS to it and trade (while it's scanning), but instacheck can't seem to tell I'm trading so all the boxes stay blank. I can't see my shiny ID, the pokemon's gender, its IVs, or anything. I deleted all the other internet connections besides...
