    Hey, I'm also GMT-4 (EST iirc). I'm usually available weekdays 7:40 to 8:30 in the morning and 8 to 10 in the evening. For weekends, I can get on Sunday from 5 to 6 and 8 to 10 in the evening. Are any of these times fine with you?
