I actually tried this out and it did VERY well on dragonite after a Dragon Dance. My downfall to losing was a priority attack in which I SHOULD have used Extreme Speed. However I faced a normal-type team only and KO'd 2 pokemon before the faint. It can be usable but it's a hard choice to do.

Weakness Policy Dragonite with Power-Up Punch and the Ability Marvel Scale sounds like an interesting mix. Im actually testing this out to see how it works though.

I tried one with Power Whip, Iron Tail, Earthquake, Outrage. I personally didnt care much for it. I feel like Hydration on a rain dance team is the best set to go. I used this set once with Gooey and another with Sap Sipper. It's def usable but bot my preference!

Yeah I didn't really care for Altaria it never benefited me much, I kinda just stuck it in there for the dragon competition. It did help me with Hydreigon but it wasn't IV bred and EV trained. I basically used it just to counter MY Rain Dance so I could send out Garchomp and not worry about...
