When I made it in I was 30,000. I have been playing a lot trying different things and even at 100,000 the competition is fierce. Anyone in quad digits or better is insanely good to me personally.

Finally made it to masterball today. Was a bit of a grind but I was impatient and just wanted to play. Many improvements could probably be made. Weird tera types on breloom, rotom, and grimmsnarl were because I caught them in raids and didn't feel the need to grind shards before playing ranked.
