As I told flarg in my Shop, I got this Houndour on Pokemon Showdown and the guy who traded it to me never spoke about any redistribution rights. I assume it's someone that got the Houndour from flarg and decided to break the redis rights ( thinking he won't be discovered if he did that on PS )...
