It really doesn't. The biggest problem with your set is that you have a Timid nature, no Atk investment, and no item to boost her physical moves. Even at +1, she's hitting with all the terrifying force of a Choice Band Staryu, and you still can't hit Steels. Genesect pulls off that kind of set...
