I really feel like all the LC Pokemon are struggling. I think the other tiers (besides "crap tier") should be lowered by 3 levels.

I think teams would be better built if repeated typings were avoided. Not necessarily to the extent that if there is a Water Pokemon then no other Water Type may be on the team regardless of it's duel nature. And you can have multiple sets per Pokemon, right? If so then there'll still be that element of randomness people crave, its just that it'll be balanced.

I was just about to mention that I got a Krabby with Leer and Swords Dance on the same set (and no physical moves) and suggest that you remove Leer altogether. HOWEVER! I want to say that I FULLY support predetermined sets in Random Battles! All Pokemon in Gen 1 only have so many sets they can...

Charmeleon needs a level buff. And if there are any other NFE Pokemon at level 85 (excluding Haunter/ Graveler/ Kadabra), they too should get a level buff.

I got an Onix without Rock Slide. And in the next battle an Onix without Earthquake. I think you should take off Harden and/or Toxic. Onix already has three staple moves (Earthquake, Rock Slide, and Explosion). More available moves just gets in the way.
