    Basically, if it has status (like toxic) and healing. You could call that a stall. Time Phantom's Miltank example is appropriate.

    How is Garchomp underrated? Lots of people use him. I do however agree with your registeel comment. a few speed passes and maybe an attack boost, and that's really hard to stop.

    Well, Sand is okay, but a swift swim boost shoots it's speed to 500+. It does also have brick break... not to mention Swords and Rock Polish.

    Also, I find Kabutops in rain is just deadly. I've only seen like 3, but in UU it's a beast. Shame for the 4x grass weakness.
