Tornadus-T sounds like a good defensive Pokémon: 158/100/80/110/90/61 It loses it's amazing speed, but becomes almost impossible to kill because of Regenerator.

It does, Counter/Mirror Coat aren't status moves, so they work just fine. Not sure if there are good AV users with Counter/Mirror Coat, maybe Goodra.

Hitmonlee has Unburden, so it's not that weird. I guess using Hitmonlee is kind of unusual, but I don't think Fake Out+Normal Gem is really that silly.

There is no reason to run Rock Slide if you have Diamond Storm. I also don't think Rampardos has the stats to set up rocks. I think it works best if you give it +Sp. Atk nature and max SAtk EVs, it only has base 65 Sp. Atk and with max EVs it reaches 251, so I would switch Flamethrower with Fire...

Did anyone already mention Whimsicott with Spore? Prankster+Spore sounds pretty dangerous to me.

I have tried that already and it works decent, but it can easily become dead weight. Swoobat is a better choice, since it can learn Trick (only with 5th gen Tutor), is faster and has decent offensive capabilities.
