It doesn't feel overbearing because every other team is on Gambit+Hamurott plus one of Aegislash, Hydreigon, Cerludge, Meowscarda or Dragapult (or their own gengar). The meta came in warped for Gengar because everyone knew we had Mr AG larping as an OU mon.
