What about the first suggestion, to at least be able to see the teams used without opening the replay?

If I wanted inspiration for teams or even just to steal a team with a Pokemon I like/want to use, it would be cool to be able to search from the public replays that have those mons. Maybe it could also show the teams from both sides of the battle, like in this image. And the search could work...
