Without a + Speed Nature he'll only be hitting 297 which barely misses the speed ties with 100 Base Neutral Nature Pokemon like Jirachi/Mega Khan. You also miss the speed ties against other Yveltals/Xerneas.

Tyranitar and almost every other Fairy type won't be taking a +2 Moonblast with Fairy Aura.

I'd suggest going for Timid. It only took me 30 minutes to get 31/x/x/31/x/31 with Timid.

Three people already mentioned Sleep mechanics ... Also why not switch to your Fire Type for Scizor/Mawile/Fortress/Ferrothorn/Abomasnow? Fire and Water type with a grass type is a common core ._.

Why would you run Hp Fire on Milotic? Hp Fire is only 120 after the x2 to Mawile which is the same base power as Scald, but without a 30% chance to burn. If you're talking about Hp Fire for Scizor, I still wouldn't use it.

Wouldn't your last move be Scald, if you're running Dragon Tail/Rest/Sleep talk. I highly doubt an Azumarill or Mawile would like to come into that and get burn. Also why would you stay in on a Togekiss and let it get free Nasty plots or let Klefki set up Spikes? Also hi Aqua ^_^
