Sorry, it's a question about regions too. Like, I know there's a Hindi release of Go, and I also know that transferring a Mon to Home puts it in the language of Home, but is there maybe a restriction on sending Hindi mons to Home because Hindi isn't recognizable by Home or something like that...

personal.txt seems to indicate that some Pokémon have an Alpha move that I guess can be obtained on them as an alpha but would otherwise require a high level or TMs. Bulbasaurs is Sludge Bomb which is otherwise a TM
