Is it only happening when a Terastallized Ogerpon is involved? Or does it happen any time a Neutralizing Gas user switches out with a Hospitality ally on the field?

I can't test it myself rn, but it doesn't have the Gravity flag like High Jump kick, Flying Press etc.

Fair enough ^^ it is pretty much guaranteed to get it too, since Gallade could learn VW by tutor before, and both Gallade and Gardevoir have picked up Aura Sphere since. It would be so weird if Valiant didn't get it.

Not sure why I was so set on the DLC just adding tutors, when it would fit so well to introduce more TMs and TM materials for returning pokémon. 39 new TMs would bring the total to 210, which is a multiple of three that's also rather even.

Yeah, that would have to be the way. Hopefully it is implemented so it could be used for testing.
