    Another thing I want to add is that if you're paying 19 points for a lugia, you are missing out on other top tier mons for essentially what is a fat hit aborber that offers no essential roles to an 8 mon draft (minus phasing, i guess) yes lugia has a lot of things going for it like weakness...
