I have another with 22 speed or so. Its just most people want as slow as possible for aegislash

It has 31 IVs in defense, Special Defense and Attack, 27 in HP 4 in speed and 20something in special attack

Most have 2-4 IVs. I may have a honedge with 5 though, but it is nicknamed Oathkeeper and I can't change it
