Absolutely! I didn't bring Haxorus very often, it was just for stall, but I didn't run into enough stall to test if it worked properly.

I used this team to reach a rating of 1878 in Scarlet in Season 11. I used a version on my Violet file that replaced Grotle with Haxorus to reach 1901. This was my first time this gen finishing above even 1800 so I was very happy! Team report here.

Congrats on 1800+! I've tried to use Hisuian Decidueye before but the team I built around it wasn't the best, so to see you succeed with a team with it, Fezendipiti and Crawdaunt is amazing!
