I'd say taunt would be a better option over shadow claw for Ambipom and Shadow Ball over taunt for Spiritomb. If combating Froslass leads is what you want to do with Ambipom, then taunt them, either forcing them to switch or rendering them helpless as you u-turn out to Spiritomb who will happily...
