    I would keep both of them. That froakie is only 5 points off flawless and can be used competitively. Gible should be able to be used competitively too.

    Yep. As long as one of the parents is foreign, it doesn't matter if the other parent is ditto or not. The masuda method will still work, people just prefer dittos because they breed with everything.
