i believe i read a post where someone complained that they didn't like how the games were simplifying breeding with each generation. i think with bottle caps (if they are indeed going to be grindy BP rewards), it's nintendo's way of keeping the grind, but ensuring that you have a guaranteed...

idk why people are saying this is dumbing the game down. battling hasnt been dumbed down. breeding is still necessary to bypass most of the IV grind. soft resetting for the perfect legendary requires no skill, just lots of time. this is a great change that will open up competitive cart to many...
