Where do people find these drawings of Pokemon when they post Rate My Teams? I'm not talking about the sprites however, the drawings that appear around the site.

The more blocks you put out and the longer they stay there, the more pokemon and the more rare the pokemon you will find. Where does everyone find these awesome pokemon drawings when posting a RMT?
