Just saw a video from Moxie Boosted on yt, I think mega Raichu X should have its ability changed to something else since he has an "ability" in z-a which grants him a free attack boost whenever he lands a hit. Sorta attack boost flame charge...On every attack. Here's the link if you wanna check :
