i probably think he`ll have two formes in the third game...one for cold flare with SP ATK 150,one for freeze bolt with Atk 150...which`ll also give him a bst 680 for either of the forms...this is just my speculation though. Its sad that he is somewhat underwhelming without access to a good...

Ditto with his new ability is probably the best revenge killer,especially so against most dragons(all except probably Dialga) and ghosts..Wow i can hardly believe what i`m typing :]

Almost every non legendary dragon type that isnt part water has access to a Fire move and EQ too

Now that almost everyone has gotten over the starter evos,i`d like to point out a pokemon which can be gamebreaking...the pseudolegend If a Dark/Dragon type,it means 4x weaknesses - none 2x weaknesses - Dragon,Fighting,Ice,Bug 2x resistances - Fire,Grass,water,electric,ghost,dark immunities...
