This is the team I was talking about. It's served me well on my climb from bottom ladder up to 1560 (-/+) What it struggles with in particular is Spectrier, but that's a lot of teams these days. I feel it has avenues to win most matchups but let me know what you think of it...

To Cranham, your comments are duely noted I think I can try out the set with T wave but Waterfall just gives Gyarados STAB for passive damage and allows me to conserve Dragon Tail's PP as it doesn't hit 100% of the time. I acknowledge this teams lack of Hazard control and it's weakness to CM...
