Slurpuff can run unburden + red card pretty well, allowing it to get rid of potential counters and gain another free turn of setup.

Seeing as it gets Pickpocket (aparently) it has a surprising amount of synergy with a white herb shell smash set (use the herb up, then steal an item from the opponent). Whether that's actually worth the drop in damage from tough claws remains to be seen though.

A toxic stall set is workable. After one cotton guard its virtually immune to physical attacks. Shame Snarl is its only answer to special attackers.

Why is anyone complaining that Clawitzer is bad because it has the same niche as Mega Blastoise when the latter takes up a mega slot on your team which another mega could fill better. Not to mention, Mega Blastoise trades its item for a Mega Stone. Clawitzer actually outclasses Mega Blastoise...

Slurpuff. With Calm Mind, Cotton Guard and Unburden, Slurpuff is a sleeper threat. It also has great attacking coverage in its movepool and about every support move you could want. I'm hesitant to call it better than Togekiss or Whimsicott but so far its been the best Fairy for my team.

I think a CAP legendary-style pokemon would be very cool in terms of flavour, but maybe it'd be underwelming to have a pokemon that's legendary and not ubers. Unless we're doing an ubers CAP, haha. Also, a Normal/Steel type. Cyborg themed.
