I would say the C tier is the vaguest tier right now, but Snorlax is definitely improving with good matchups into a lot of the special attackers in the tier like Salazzle, Rotom-Heat (when Curse), Florges (gotta dodge trick), Frosmoth, Espeon etc. Tauros the main thing that seems to improve it...

I personally don't see a lot of reason to change a working formula for PUWC. One of the major rationales behind WC being all current gen was it's the best time for development for the tier and SV PU still needs some serious development. The oldgen focused tier comes right after this one and...
