If you're unable to fit a restricted on that team... then I'd suggest looking at different teams. Any team that doesn't have a restricted pokemon on their team is gonna get completely walloped by any team that does have one.

You do have valid point. I suppose I forgot to consider the fact that people would likely build against Kyogre, which would explain why so few Kyogre teams were brought. The argument of Zacian and Dialga teams are successful more because of their teammates is also something I didn't consider...
