I went into the security settings and my permissions were set at Full Control, I went back and it still wouldn't download. I believe the system is Windows 7 Starter

Why do people ask if ___ is a good place to hatch a pokemon? Do certain areas give special stats? Or is it just for novelty purposes?

If somebody uses Protect and then Detect, does Detect have a 50% chance of working?

In game, can I complete a pokemon's EV training at any level and then train it to level 100 without random EV gains? Or do I have to EV train at level 99?
