Since Eevee is from the Dream World, in whatever is evolved will have its own Dream Ability. So yes, if a DW Eevee evolves into an Espeon it will have the ability Magic Bounce.

Do you happen to have a DW female one? I don't care about the Nature or Iv's. If yes check my thread and see if you can find anything you need.
