so there are some pokemon i cant get because i didnt have the game when they were giving them away. Think its "justified" to be able to hack the event into my game to get them or no? also, what are considered "legal hacks"

I have another random probably dumb question. Basically about ev. So i know about eving at level 1 but what if I got a legend at like level 45 and start then. Am i losing ev stats because of its level and not starting at level one or will those "empty" levels/stats come at lets say level 100 or so?

well I might have a real dumb question but say my honchkrow has a taught move like sucker punch and I breed it, is it possible that my murkrow will have it as well? Just wondering with bp/taught moves from other generations like a treecko with thunderpunch
